Seller Representation

- Prepare the affidavit of title, affidavit of identity
- Review the contract
- Review the HUD-1 settlement statement
- Assist in obtaining mortgage payoff figures

Buyer Representation
Every real estate transaction is different, so it is important to work with an experienced attorney. We are a licensed title insurance agent for First American Title Insurance which means we can simultaneously represent you and procure title insurance on your behalf. We work closely with our clients to offer them legal counsel through every step of the process, including:
- Prepare or review the contract of sale
- Obtain and review the title search
- Obtain title insurance through First American Title Insurance Company for you and your lender
- Prepare the HUD-1 settlement statement
- Properly distribute the proceeds of the transaction
